In order to be included in the program, performers must
commit to being at Katzin Concert Hall for the dress rehearsal.
We are doing a complete run through of the program in
rehearsal. If a performer cannot make it to the rehearsal, then
he or she will need to wait until the next concert to perform.
This is because the Hall and stage are so intimidating that we
cannot send a performer out on stage without rehearsing first.
TICKETS:
DRESS:
Dress is extremely formal. Male
performers must be wearing a
suit coat and tie. Female
performers must be wearing a formal
gown falling to the shin or below.
Please work with us to make
this a true performance spectacle,
complete with the fabulous
outfits!
AUDIENCE:
Please invite your friends and
family. The program will have
wonderful music and move quickly. It will be a pleasant
experience for most
any audience. Please be sensitive to the
performers and
audience when considering inviting infants and
toddlers to
the performance. We must have absolute silence in
the audience
during performances.
AWARDS:
Performers’ awards for finishing
the year will be on display at
the concert. We will be displaying
the performer’s picture and
a bio paragraph along with his or
her award. Please bring a
framed picture of yourself and a
framed bio paragraph to the
concert. Both frames should be 8
by 10. Place both framed
documents in your marked spot on the awards table next to
your
award. Place your picture and your bio BEFORE 5:15pm.
As always, please contact me with
any questions!
