Each year we are pleased to participate in the East Valley Music Teacher's Ensemble Concert. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to participate in this event and work in collaboration with other local music professionals and their wonderful students.

This is a scripted show. Performers are assigned to an ensemble part in the show and perform along side other performers from around the East Valley. It is very enjoyable evening of fun music for all.

Performers rehearse with the others in their group once a week for four weeks and then on the Saturday of the fourth week they have a dress rehearsal in the morning and the show in the evening. With the exception of a medical emergency, performers not present at the mandatory February 17th dress rehearsal will not be permitted to perform in the show that evening.  

This concert usually runs about an hour and a half or a little longer. Performers are required to stay for the entire concert, whether or not they are done performing. Any performer that will not be able to stay for the entire concert should notify the office before the concert so that he or she can be taken off of the set list and wait until the next concert venue comes around to perform.

It would be extremely poor etiquette and "unsportsmanlike" to be late or miss a rehearsal or leave the final performance before the other performers are done performing. Please strive for excellence in these areas. We want to be as honorable and professional as possible as we work with the other performers in the Valley.
